EVOLVE WARRANTY

As consumer you are entitled to warranty. For the Evolve Skateboards the following conditions apply:

- The product must be bought at Electric Lifestyle
- The warranty period starts when you purchase the product
- You register your warranty claim via the contact form on the service page, additional information can be asked
- All warranty claims are first discussed with the producer or supplier before a claim gets accepted, the producer always has the last and final decision
- The entire product must be returned when the claim has been accepted
- The shipment costs and repair costs are for us when it is really a warranty issue (the manufacturer will perform the repair)
- The shipment costs and repair costs are for you when it turns our it is not a warranty issue (the manufacturer will perform the repair)
- Decks, trucks, wheels etc. have a warranty of 2 years
- An exception are the “Carbon” models, on these decks the warranty is 90 days
- Batteries have a warranty of 1 year
- When we have to ship it to a foreign country for repair it can take a longer time before the product returns
- Warranty does not apply when:
1. the product became wet
2. when jumping on the board has occurred or when extreme forces were applied
3. when there are scratches or pieces missing as the board has been used
4. when the board has fallen or it hit something very hard

onewheel warranty

As consumer you are entitled to warranty. For the Onewheel the following conditions apply:

- The product must be bought at Electric Lifestyle
- The warranty period starts when you purchase the product
- You register your warranty claim via the contact form on the service page, additional information can be asked
- All warranty claims are first discussed with the producer or supplier before a claim gets accepted, the producer always has the last and final decision
- The entire product must be returned when the claim has been accepted
- The shipment costs and repair costs are for us when it is really a warranty issue (the manufacturer will perform the repair)
- The shipment costs and repair costs are for you when it turns our it is not a warranty issue (the manufacturer will perform the repair)
- The Onewheel+ and Onewheel+ XR have a warranty of 1 year or 2.000 KM (whatever comes first is the most important), except for some parts
- The battery, the foot boards and wheel have a warranty of 6 months or 1.000 KM (whatever comes first is the most important)
- When we have to ship it to a foreign country for repair it can take a longer time before the product returns
- Warranty does not apply when:
1. the product became extremely wet (submerged under water)
2. when jumping on the Onewheel has occurred or when extreme forces were applied
3. when there are scratches or pieces missing as the Onewheel has been used
4. when the Onewheel has fallen or it hit something very hard

SUPER 73 WARRANTY

3. when there are scratches or pieces missing as the bike has been used
4. when the bike has fallen or it hit something very hard
